For the extremely dry cuticles, ORLY has the Cuticle Therapy Cream. This is great for very dry, torn cuticles. Contains the antioxidants A & E and avocado oil. Also great for rough skin on elbows, knees and feet. Has a soft citrus scent and is available in 14ml (tube) and 59ml (jar).
